You are here
A conference to debate the future of education has been organised by CASE, SEA, Comprehensive Future, FORUM, Information for School and College Governors, with support from the Anti Academies Alliance. The theme of the conference is concerned with picking up the pieces of an atomised state education system, after the havoc wreaked by Michael Gove, and an attempt to think constructively about a coherent alternative for 2015 and thereafter.
Speakers include Francis Beckett, Tim Brighouse, Peter Downes, Peter Mortimore, Stephen Twigg and David Wolfe.
The conference takes place at the Camden Centre, near Kings Cross in London from 9.45am to 4.00pm on Saturday 17th November 2012.
The advance conference fee is £25 and this includes lunch. Please contact us at: socialisteducation@virginmedia.com for a flyer with full details of the event.
